Leopard Rock Lodge is situated amid wilderness of Meru National Park overlooking a tropical river that hosts Hippos, Crocodiles, many species of birds and Bisanadi Reserve.
The lodge is unfenced which allows animals to roam freely around the lodge and water at the river.
Leopard Rock Lodge is a Safari Lodge built on a 3.5Km river frontage, in the wilderness Meru National park, along the Equator 310km from Nairobi, North East of Mt Kenya, 5 hour journey from Nairobi by road and 1 hour by air.
It is an ecological Lodge which respects the environment with the intention to maintain the authenticity of this wild area which stretches to Somalia, Ethiopia and the Indian Ocean.

Leopard Rock Lodge has 15 large cottages decorated with traditional Lamu style teak furniture and Persian carpets, 10 luxurious suites including honeymoon cottages which are luxuriously spacious with en suite bathrooms have private terraces which overlook a tropical river and Bisandi reserve, 5 luxurious double room cottages.
The Leopard Rock Lodge has a swimming pool with a well stocked bar located at the centre of the pool where you can enjoy cocktails as you watch crocodiles basking in the river banks. You can also view the giant reptiles through the glass partition beneath the swimming pool as you swim.
Leopard Rock Lodge has an open dinning restaurant. Formal dressing is recommended for dinner. The restaurant serves 3 Meals per day with 4 o’clock tea dished out with with pastries.
Meru National Park can be visited throughout the year. A visit/Safari to Meru National Park is best combined with the nearby attractions which include Mount Kenya National Park, Lewa Dawns, Samburu, Buffalo Springs, Shaba Reserve and Sweet Waters game sanctuary.
