Heritage Safari Lodge located outside the northern boundary of Murchison Falls National Park close to Tangi gate presenting an impressive comfortable and yet affordable accommodation. The lodge is inspired by the local Acholi cultural architecture and all the cottages are step thatched.
Heritage Safari Lodge is positioned in an open savannah combretum close to the shores of the Albert Nile making the stay at the lodge an attraction in itself.

Accommodation at Heritage Safari Lodge is presented in thatched cottages that are fixed with local poles and mud. These cottages feature both the Luxury and standard ones while the provision for camping is not left out thus catering for various preferences of travellers on safaris in Uganda.
The accommodation in arranged in form of single, twin, double, triple and quadruple and have the provision for the families that wish to keep together. The rooms are self-contained with overhead showers and flushing toilets.
The rooms have the mixture of tradition and modernity thus presenting the traditional touch but not leaving out the standards. The cottages have natural ventilation and the linen is well chosen to match with the temperatures of Murchison area. The Laundry is also available for the guests use.
Heritage Safari Lodge has a well set restaurant while Kitchen has the capacity to prepare both local and International cuisine. The menu is rich in items featuring both Buffet and Alarcate options. The restaurant building also houses a cock tail bar with a wide selection of wines.
The extensive lush tropical gardens present an opportunity for bush breakfast overlooking the Nile. The evening bonfire is lit to give a typical touch of the real African night.
Close to Heritage Safari Lodge, there is a hot spring with salty water that normally attracts the elephants bringing them closer to our sight at the lodge.
