Ndali Lodge

Ndali Lodge is an Upmarket / Luxury accommodation establishment close to Kibale National Park. The Ndali lodge is about 5 hours’ drive from Kampala the Uganda’s capital city and the main starting point for the Uganda safaris.

After 300km to Fort Portal from Kampala, the guests follow other 11km towards Kibale National Park. A right turn is made at Kisisi and a drive of about 12km to reach the junction with Ndali lodge sign post to the left.

Ndali Lodge is positioned in the Ndali Kasenda Crater field which is 26km from the town of Fort Portal and stretches over 1,000acres of private land.

Ndali lodge is positioned on an extinct Volcano rim which has been filled with water to form Lake Nyinambuga which is 130m deep and 250 acres in size with magical sceneries. Ndali lodge features a main thatched building that has a spacious sitting room, dining room along with the reception area surrounded a count of eight (8) cottages that offer luxury accommodation to up to sixteen (16) people.

All the cottages overlook the magical mountains of the moon – the Rwenzoris towering to 5,109m above sea level.

Every cottage features adequate space to take up a family and is en suite with shower, bath, hand basic and WC. They have exclusive verandah that are ideal for viewing the sun set over the magical mountains of the moon.

The dining room is lit by the candle at night since the lodges feature no generator or the electricity to destroy the tranquility of the wilderness. The cottages have solar power.  The reception, dining and the sitting room overlook Lake Nyinambuga.
