Scenic View Hotel and Resort is situated some six km from Thika, along the Thika superhighway. The hotel offers accommodation in a variety of rooms with the option of bed and breakfast, room only and even self-catering in some rooms.
The main hotel rooms spread over four floors, two of which are below ground. The rooms sleep either two or three people and have en-suite bathrooms with hot water showers, TVs with DStv and internet facilities. Bedding and towels are provided. There is an exclusive lounge and reception area with a fireplace, braai facilities, bar and restaurant available to guests.
Facilities on the grounds include a swimming pool, gym and spa facilities. Guest can relax in the mango garden where one can eat and drink at the Nyama Choma barbeque and bar. The surrounding area includes the Kikuyu cultural shrine, the Mau Mau Caves, Karemenu Gardens and the Karibaribi Stream, all perfect spots for a picnic.
